Best customer service, friendly on the phone and in person... Eager to help and understand your storage needs... The best thing, is they supply the lock that you keep after your rental period, so you never have to worry about someone having a key to your old locker.... The area is open 24 hours, the storage unit was spotless when we arrived and the whole lot was clean with nothing out of place... A pure joy... When I need a locker in the future, this will be my first choice again“

This is the first time I have rented storage units in a long time. I found the application process to be a bit tedious, but it is very thorough and they do an excellent job of explaining everything. I have found the units to be clean and functional. I also love the fact that they provide you with locks right on site. I am one month in to my rental experience and so far so good!!
